Held on Disney property in Orlando, Florida, this immersive, seven-day summit empowers young people to discover their potential, build lifelong leadership skills, and create a roadmap for their future. Participants learn the 7 Mindsets, a research-based framework for happiness and success. Through interactive workshops and hands-on activities, students learn to lead with confidence, collaborate effectively, and make a positive impact on their communities. ULS helps students break through limiting beliefs, identify their passions, and create a personalized Ultimate Life Plan. ULS takes place steps from Disney Springs, and includes visits to Disney’s Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios.
